SCHOOL UNIFORM LIST The aim of a high standard in school uniform is to give the pupils a neat and tidy appearance and to foster an identity and pride in being part of St Mary’s School. We request that all items of uniform are clearly marked with the pupil’s name. The PE Kit (with the exception of footwear, shin pads and gum shields) should be purchased from the school.
Girls Navy Blazer(Badge is available from the School) or Striped Blazer(this is only available from the school) School Tie(available from School) White long sleeved blouse (During the summer term, girls may wear a short sleeve revere collar white blouse) Plain Navy skirt(Smart Navy trousers may be worn) Plain Navy V-neck pullover Black or Navy Sensible School shoes Navy / Black plain tights or White/ Navy kneeor ankle socks(not slouch) Coats should be Navy, Dark Blue or Black

Jewellery & Make-up Make-up and jewellery must NOT be worn in school, except that the girls may wear one pair of gold or silver ear studs. Watches may be worn. Hair Pupils’ hair must be a natural colour and it should be an acceptable length and style. Sanctions The sanction for a repeated breach of school uniform requirements is an After- School Detention.
