Match report:  U15 Herefordshire Schools County Rugby Sevens Tournament

The Year 10 Boys’ rugby team put in a good effort at the County Sevens Tournament, despite recording just the one win from their 4 games.  We lost to Hereford Cathedral School 24-5 (try from: Edward D) and lost 22- 5 to Weobley (try from: Jonah S), but the boys beat The Hereford Academy 20-0 (tries from: Dan B, Jet Y, Ben B & Charlie W), and lost narrowly to Bishops 26 – 24 (tries from: Charlie W X2, Jet Y & Jonah S).

Special mention should go to Charlie W, our flying machine (if only we could have worked the ball to him, and put him away in space more often), and also to Man of the Tournament, Jet Y, who used his ‘dancing feet’ to great effect, and whose fitness levels, bravery and all round performance was outstanding.
