Applications for places at St Mary’s R. C. High School are made in accordance with Herefordshire Local Authority.  All applications must be made using their online process and accompanied by a completed supplementary admission form (SIF) and, where appropriate, a copy of your child’s baptism certificate.  This is an important part of our application process, and your application is not complete without it. 

Applications for September 2027 Admission need to be submitted to the Local Authority using their online application process and a supplementary information form (SIF) will also need to be submitted to St Mary’s R.C. High School by the 31^st October 2026.

St Mary’s admission policy is rigorously applied.  If we have more applications than places, admission to St Mary’s R. C. High School is subject to the oversubscription criteria – please see our Admissions Policy September 2027.

Parents will be notified of their allocated secondary school by Herefordshire Local Authority on the 1^st March 2027.
